Community Health -Synchronisation Project Launch

Invite to the formal launch of the INTERREG VA Community Health Sync

The Community Health Sync project will:

• Establish 8 Health and Well-being Hubs in the border region of Northern Ireland/Republic of Ireland/South West Scotland.
• Support local communities to change health behaviours through early intervention and prevention.
• Support individuals/groups to be more active in improving their own health and wellbeing, making better use of existing resources within communities and building sustainable resilience through a community-asset based approach.
• Ensure Hubs outreach into a wider geographical area to enable access by people living in more rural and peripheral areas.
