Each free programme runs for 6 weeks and is suitable for adults looking to make a positive change in their mental wellbeing.

During the Covid-19 lockdown the Innovation Recovery Team developed an online programme of 45 courses to ensure that access to mental health and wellbeing training continued despite the restrictions.

‘Young People and Mental Health in a Changing World’ – A Cross Border Conference
The aim of the conference was to embrace the theme of ‘Young People and Mental Health in a Changing World.’ This conference was in collaboration with Co-operation and Working Together (CAWT) cross border health and social care partnership ‘EU INTERREG iRecovery Innovation Recovery Project’ and Ulster University.
