An on-line tender Information Session has been scheduled for Tuesday 31st March 2026 at 10am.
This HSE-led Information Session will brief participants on the forthcoming tender competition for the provision of person-centred treatment and support to people who have Alcohol Related Harm and or a Dual Diagnosis and their families/carers. As noted below, this tender is specifically for HSE border areas in Ireland.
CAWT PEACEPLUS Community Alcohol Detox + (CAD+) Project is developing a new, cross border infrastructure to develop and implement a biopsychosocial model of care to provide person-centred treatment and support to people who have Alcohol Related Harm and or a Dual Diagnosis and their families/carers. CAD+ will be delivered by a partnership of Statutory, Voluntary and Community organisations.
This tender, specific to the HSE, will relate solely to the four geographical lot areas in Ireland:
- Central and North Donegal,
- South Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim and West Cavan,
- Cavan (Central and East) and Monaghan and
- Louth.
Please note, whilst this tender is specifically for delivery in HSE border areas in Ireland, we welcome submissions from providers from all jurisdictions.
